FLAVOUR PROFILE

Deep golden toffee/straw hue. Natural coloring all coming from barrel maturation. Clove and baking spice shining through on the nose, with strong notes of fresh oak being driven from the virgin oak casks used in this blend. Behind the oak, some nice notes of fresh lemon grass, fresh stone fruit as well as morning barnyard notes compliment the nose, along with some hints of forest floor and fragrant lightly cooked brown sugar.

Strong notes of vanilla and coconut coming through as well as some underlying apricot, almond and a hint of mint. Strong whisky lactone notes unlike most seen in Canada, while still allowing some fruitier notes to shine as well. Finish is long, but not hot, continuing to linger on the palate allowing a truly amazing whisky experience.

RYE MULE COCKTAIL RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Wayne Gretzky Signature Rye
4 oz. Ginger Beer
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice

GARNISH: Lime

METHOD: Fill a high-ball glass with ice, add all ingredients and stir. Top with a lime.
