A medium-bodied, fruit-forward red wine with soft tannins for a smooth mouthfeel, and flavours of juicy red and black fruits with a touch of sweet spice. Notes of red cherry, pomegranate, sweet spice, and a touch of black tea linger on the finish.

WINE MAKING
A blend of 41.9% Merlot, 35.2% Cabernet Franc and 18.7% Cabernet Sauvignon, with just a touch of Zweigelt and Dornfelder, all harvested from the vineyards of the Niagara Peninsula. The individual wines were given subtle oak integration for 6 months with French and American oak, before the final assemblage was created. A full malolactic fermentation to soften the mouthfeel.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
