Brandy made the Canadian way – locally sourced Niagara grapes are fermented to create wine, then triple distilled in a column still and pot still, then aged four years in American bourbon barrels, along with a small portion being aged in Icewine barrels, and then blended.

Triple distilled, small batch this Canadian Brandy has a long smooth mouthfeel. Expect notes of tropical fruit, orange, honey and vanilla.

THE GREAT CANADIAN BRANDY

FLAVOUR PROFILE

A light straw yellow coloured brandy with a smooth luxurious mouthfeel. Notes of tropical fruit, orange, honey, dried apricot, vanilla, and bourbon oak rise from the glass, and extend the pleasure on the smooth, silky mouthfeel and long lingering finish.
