Ingredients

2.5 oz. Gretzky Ice Cask Whisky
1.5 oz. Gretzky Old Fashioned Simple Syrup
1 barspoon Orange Bitters
1.5 oz. Wayne Gretzky Baco Noir
Shark Fin Orange Zest

Process

Add whisky, syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass full of ice. Stir until chilled and dump into a rocks glass. Top with 1.5 oz. Baco Noir float on top. Garnish with orange zest shark fin.
